Schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Gebirgige Zufahrt zum Haus mit GPS Verlust-TIPP offline Karte vorher runter laden! Alles Nötige war vorhanden, allerdings müssen bestimmte Dinge, die man in anderen Unterkünften vorfindet (z. B. ausreichend WC-Papier, Küchenpapier oder Basisgewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer) mitgebracht werden. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Städte wie Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Cortona, Florenz, Parma Innerhalb von 1-3 Stunden. Massa hat einen schönen Strand, man ist in 30 min dort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich. Das Haus und das Grundstück überzeugt durch seine Lage die einzigartige ist. Ob Frühstück oder Nachtmahl man will alles im freien mit diesen wunderbaren Blick genießen. Die Vermieterin hat alles sehr sauber und ordentlich für uns vorbereitet. Zur angegebenen Zeit stand sie auf der Straße vorm Haus damit wir es nicht verfehlen. Aussicht auf das Meer, über Massa Carrara bis La Spezia. Die FeWo eignet sich um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen, man kann direkt vom Haus zu atemberaubenden Wanderungen aufbrechen, oder entspannt im Garten die Aussicht und das Treiben auf dem Meer beobachten. Zudem gibt's in der Nähe eine kleine aber feine Pizzaria. Diese bietet Holzofen-Pizzen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Man muss Pasquilio eingeben, dann funktioniert es. Es ist ein kleines Häuschen mit Küche Bad und Schlafzimmer. Einfach eingerichtet aber alles vorhanden. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, inzwischen wurde Internet und auch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, aber Ende Mai haben wir sie nicht gebraucht. Auch das Internet haben wir nicht benutzt, dadurch wurde es zu einer der schönsten Urlaube. Man ist auf über 800m, hat absolute Ruhe, Tagsüber wie Nachts einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen, allerdings wie in Italien üblich, Vormittags oder erst am Abend ab 19 Uhr wieder. Für die Fahrt auf die 800m oder die Fahrt in die Stadt, sollte man kein Problem mit Kurven haben, Es dauert ca. 20min. Die Vermitterin ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, sie spricht ein wenig Englisch. Auch der Hund war willkommen, es ist alles sicher eingezäunt, man kann auch von dort direkt loswandern, allerdings sollten einige Höhenmeter kein Problem darstellen. Wir haben unser Kurztrip total genossen und schon erneut für das kommende Jahr gebucht. Wenn ihr die Ruhe und Natur sucht seit ihr hier richtig. Auch an warmen Tagen ist es auf dem Berg immer rund 5 Grad kälter und macht auch heiße Tage am Strand am Abend in kühler Luft und absoluter Ruhe perfekt. ##### Sandra D. Fernseher und WLAN nicht vorhanden, aber Netzempfang H–LTE (wer gar nicht ohne Internet auskommt). Wanderwege, Mountainbikestrecken querfeldein und zwei Ausflugslokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus befindet sich im Naturpark auf 800 Meter ü.N.. Einheimische nutzen das Gebiet selbst als Ausflugsziel Wandern, Radfahren etc. Toller, komplett umzäunter Garten. Perfekt für unsere zwei kleinen Hunde gewesen. Gigantischer Ausblick über Massa–Carrara und das Meer. Dafür ist eineca. 20 minütige Anfahrt über Serpentinen, schmale und steile Straßen hinzunehmen. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht (Fahren gerne Auto) Strände ca. 30 min. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Unterkunft ist top sauber und voll ausgestattet gewesen. Küchenutensilien, Geschirr en masse. Neuwertige Geschirr– und Waschmaschine. Bügelbrett, –eisen, Fön vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wohnen im Nachbarort. Sprechen ein bißchen Englisch. Tante Emma Laden in Cerreto 7 km. Ansonsten das Einkaufszentrum in Massa "Carrefour" zu empfehlen. Selbst im Sommer kühlt es sich aufgrund der Höhe recht gut ab. Reisetipps: Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben Riomaggore (Cinque Terre) mit dem Auto gemacht. Parken im Parkhaus zu empfehlen auch wenn es 3–3,50 Euro pro Std. kostet. Vorsicht in Italien sind fast alle Innenstände nur für Anlieger. Ist immer eindeutig ausgeschildert. Nicht reinfahren!! Sonst gibt es Knöllchen (Video)!!Geheimtipp: Sarzana und Massa Altstadt und Massa Burg Malispina fernab vom Massentourismus. Im August Antiquitätenmarkt in Sarzana über zwei Wochen. Unbedingt in Sarzana in Melissa Tea Room & Cake Tiramisu– und Schokoladentorte Essen. GIGANTISCH. Falls man bei Carrefour einkauft, unbedingt ein Eis am Tresen neben den Kassen essen.
