Private: natural state property 15'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. 150 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Follonica" 35 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 38 km. Nearby attractions: Abbey San Galgano 16 km, Giardino dei Suoni 8 km, Grosseto 45 km, Siena 47 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 27 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 2 km.
    3-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, simple furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with winter garden with dining table. Exit to the terrace.
