San Michele - Casa Giano: Oak Grove View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

Giano covers about 30 sq m and is a cozy cottage with a wooden gabled roof, located right by the shared pool at the edge of a centuries-old oak grove. This two-room home features a central fireplace open to both the bedroom and kitchen, creating an intimate atmosphere. The design references the name “Boccheggiano,” believed to come from “Bocche di Giano,” the two-faced god of classical mythology. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, and double sink. Wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, both inside and out, add warmth and charm. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace.

The Agriturismo San Michele is located in the upper Maremma region of Tuscany, in an area characterized by medieval villages and surrounded by nature. The property is about 1.5 km from the town center of Boccheggiano, in the municipality of Montieri, near the provincial road connecting Follonica to Siena. The small rural complex of San Michele consists of six independent buildings set in greenery. The buildings are close to the swimming pool, which is located within a park of centuries-old oaks, and each accommodation has a large private space.
