Sleeps a total of 6 people with 1 king upstairs in master, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms downstairs. This property also has a private swimming POOL on-site to enjoy along with a small fire pit and grill! And we added a NEW PRIVACY FENCE and outdoor entertaining area with kitchenette and TV in Oct '23\. There are smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms & the living room with Roku. There's a boat ramp in our neighborhood to use upon request, but please let us know prior to check-in, so we may leave a boat ramp pass for you. While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood nearby that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you what you need to do for access. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Our Additional Guest Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED, but again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, while staying with us, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval. The house was very nice and all the necessary toiletries needed i.e., trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper bath & shower supplies as well as laundry and dish detergent were supplied. The outdoor patio, kitchen, TV and pool were a great bonus as well as the ability to visit their other property which had a two tortoises you could feed, a swimming hole with a rope swing and slides, a fire pit volleyball net, horseshoes and cornhole/baggo. The location was very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and Lake Conroe itself. Quiet neighborhood was a plus for a relaxing weekend. Had an issue with the master shower leaking water into the living room and Matt (property manager) arrived promptly to address the problem. My family needed couple of days away after my husband passed. I contacted the owner and he was so willing to help. Very quiet and peaceful! The home itself was very clean and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us with 3 beds, 2 bath, but there was definitely enough space for more people. The living room was a good size and the kitchen was huge. The outdoor area is being upgraded, but the pool and deck were easy to access. We will definitely be back to see the new outdoor space! ##### April M. We had enough furnishings to make nice meals, space to have the kids play games and adults visit in the kitchen area without being on top of each other. The deck and pool are very nice! The beds and sheets were better than anything at the nicest hotels that we usually stay with when we travel 9 months a year for our racing. The property owners and manager are outstanding people and attended to all our questions and needs. We will stay again! ##### MiChelle and Larry C. It was a pleasure to stay here. private and close to a number of locations. The fact that my events were not as close as I would have liked (my error) disappointed me a little. Without a doubt, I would return and suggest this location to others. Spending more time at residence is the one aspect of the vacation that I would alter. It has everything you could ever need. A fantastic spot for families of all sizes. They were able to suggest attractions to see in the city. There was also a book that let the guest offer recommendations.
