Southern Luxury: Eastchase District 4bd / 3bth

  • This opulent home will provide an awesome space for group entertainment and for a cozy yet memorable getaway experience. The home sleeps 12-14 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with a security alarm & surveillance system. (The cameras are on the doorbell, in the driveway and back patio). A vibrant and spacious living room area that includes a 60 inch flat screen tv with blu-ray/ cable. There are 4 charming bedrooms as well as a plush queen sized pull out in the front room ( the bedrooms have a king bed, two queens beds, one full sized trundle bed with two twin sized bunk beds) that each have their own closet and storage space with 3 full baths (towels and wash clothes are available for use as well).

    Guests will be pleased to know that they have access to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It includes a microwave, stove/ oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils and will serve as a divine fit for any top chef. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home. There is also an outdoor grill for a relaxing and leisurely experience on the covered back porch. As the weather changes from season to season the convenience and serenity of the porch will call your name!

    Last but certainly not least we must mention that the home is within walking distance of the beautiful Shoppes at Eastchase. Eastchase offers a great variety of upscale dining and shopping venues for people of all ages to enjoy. This lodging experience will provide high- quality at an undeniably great price. There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM for reservations on weekends, Friday- Sunday. The house was great and convenient to shopping and dining options. Everything was clean. The check-in and checkout processes were very smooth and easy. The house could use a few updated touches like extra towels and additional silverware. Overall the experience was great, and we definitely stay again with a group in the area.

Graduation Ceremony

The house is amazing with a very quit neighborhood... my favorite room was the sunroom as it was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will stay again! Jeremy, the host, was also very friendly and accommodating.

Jeremy was very responsive but the home has some issues. We were a group of 4 senior ladies. The beds were about 3 1/2 feet off the ground and very difficult to get into. Master bed was huge. Other beds had some sort of risers under them that made them too tall for most people. Should be an easy fix.Convenient location.

High School Golf Tournament

This property was perfect for us! I brought my High School Golf Team to play in a high school golf tournament at Wynlakes County Club. The house was in a perfect location. It was only about 7 minutes from the course. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed in the master bedroom may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We had 5 adults and 5 teenagers in the home and everything went smoothly. Jeremy was an excellent host!

Great Rental

This is a beautiful home in a great location/neighborhood with a host that is easy to talk to and readily available to answer any questions. We were a party of 12 and it accommodated us perfectly just as it advertised. I would definitely rent again.

This is a beautiful home and the owner is very friendly and professional!

We used this house for a girls trip and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean and it was plenty of space for our group of 10. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The outside patio was clean and provided a relaxing space for gathering and relaxing. It was definitely worth the money and we would love to stay at this property again if we are ever back in Montgomery! Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for our group!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Every part of this VRBO experience was amazing! Jeremy was VERY RESPONSIVE to questions, and helped us with recommendations for the area. The house is clean, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and is in a FANTASTIC location! If we are ever in Alabama again we will stay here!
