About this property
Bring the family. Bring the dog. Come back tired. This is where busy Montgomery days finally get quiet.
You pull in exhausted. The kids are done. The dog is staring at the leash. Nobody wants another hotel hallway or another night feeling like you're still traveling. Then the bags hit the floor. Someone disappears to decompress. Someone claims the couch. And suddenly, the trip stops demanding things from you. The Capitol and Maxwell are minutes away, but quiet Old Cloverdale feels removed from all of it. Tomorrow can wait. Tonight, everyone spreads out, gets comfortable, and finally switches off.
We want you to enjoy your stay! It’s likely you won’t see me during your visit, which allows you more privacy and convenience.
However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I’ll be quick to respond.

A few things to know before you book:
PRIMARY GUEST The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.
RENTAL AGREEMENT Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.
THE APARTMENT This private apartment is one side of a duplex; 3240 is the right side as you face the back of the building. 3238, the three-bedroom next door, is a separate listing and may have other guests during your stay. It's a two-story layout with both bedrooms upstairs, so stairs are required to reach the sleeping areas. There's one full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower combination, and a half bath downstairs off the kitchen.
HOUSE RULES • Maximum 6 overnight guests • Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am • No parties or events • No smoking or vaping • Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. DURING YOUR STAY Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.
Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.
Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.
PARKING & GETTING IN Parking and entry are at the back. Pull in from Hadley to the small driveway behind the building; there is also a small carport. Please don't block the driveway, since the other apartment shares it. The back door is two or three steps up and opens into a small foyer and then the kitchen. You may need to pull the door to while locking or unlocking so the deadbolt can turn.
GOOD TO KNOW The yard is not fenced. There's a small patio on the side of the home, separate from the back entrance, up three or four stairs. The Smart TVs are ready for your own streaming logins.
PETS Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Please keep pets on a leash outdoors, since the yard isn't fully fenced. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

This rental is a work in progress. It's an old house and has that interesting vintage aspect, but also seems run down. We picked it because of the location, which was lovely I think we may be one of the first renters because there were no reviews. Would I stay there again? Not as is. With fees, we are are paying $200 a night, which makes the advertised price of 88 absurd. I am not claiming deception, because I knew the true per night cost. But, that said, I don't think you get what you pay for. Clean sinks and toilets & the beds were appealing and the towels soft. The best part was cups of tea on the side porch. We are walkers and enjoyed walking to the appealing main street of Cloverdale and then on to Montgomery. 'Can't recommend the Peace and Justice Memorial highly enough. Montgomery is an ideal place to learn the full history of US and understand who we are. So all of that was good. The house...is old and has a bit of the run down look to it. The updates are poorly done. There were paint peelings on the floor upstairs that we then tracked throughout the house. That was unnecessary. The floors needed a good sweep. The caulking in the bathroom was astonishingly sloppy. When you walk in, your first impression is the smell of wet mops because they are in the corner of a doorless closet in the kitchen. There are no waste baskets in the bathroom or bedrooms, nor was there soap in the bathroom. And finally, the windows are painted shut, with no screens or working AC. Needs work
