Did not know there would be a self check-in with no idea what to do upon arrival. Fortunately, there were people coming out of the hotel and this enabled us to get into the locked lobby. Otherwise, we would have been left stranded outside with no communication or direction. The reported instructions for how to access this hotel came 90 minutes after we were already heading up to our rooms. As we stood in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in with no staff, it became very frustrating. When we reached someone on the lobby desk phone, we were then put on hold for 25 minutes.
