La petite chambre était correcte et propre, mais la centralisation/ Clim était tellement bruyante que nous n’avons pas pu fermer l’œil. Le summum: les petits déjeuners, vendus comme « buffet » à 12€ par personne. Au final, aucun buffet en vue, la personne venait nous voir en nous demandant, au compte goutte, ce que nous voulions manger, avant de nous ramener de la qualité médiocre, pire que niveau Aldi. Le pain a été retiré de la table sous prétexte que l'on ne mange pas de pain avec un repas plat chinois. Sinon c'était bon et assez copieux. le patron a été moins regardant pour servir du vin rouge avec le poisson qui pourtant, celons la gastronomie française se sert plutôt avec du vin blanc. Le fait que le vin soit tarifé aurait-il eu une influence sur cet écart d'appréciation entre la gastronomie chinoise (le pain non payant) et la gastronomie française? Avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, j'ai téléphoné à la réceptionniste pour lui dire que nous arriverions à l'hôtel après 23 heures en raison de l'état de la route. On m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problème, que la réception était ouverte. D'accord, nous sommes arrivés vers 23 heures. Le premier problème était qu'il n'y avait aucun moyen d'accéder à l'hôtel à cause du festival qui se déroulait dans les rues. Mon mari est âgé et souffre de plusieurs maladies, mais ça va. L'hôtel était fermé et personne n'a répondu à la sonnette. Nitk n'a pas répondu au numéro de téléphone non plus. Après 40 minutes d'attente, à minuit, nous avons été contraints de chercher un hôtel à proximité. Vers minuit, un homme nous a appelés, se présentant comme un réceptionniste, nous demandant si nous essayions de le contacter et si nous étions toujours devant la porte de l'hôtel !!!!! Après quelques phrases, il nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait en fait d'une petite chose et que, selon lui, il ne s'était rien passé. Les mots me manquent pour décrire tout cela, nos nerfs, notre fatigue, la santé de mon mari. Si c'est ainsi que vous traitez vos clients, je vous félicite. J'ai également envoyé mon avis à Hotels.com pour avertir vos autres clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec un parking gratuit à côté. une petite coopérative agricole locale juste en face propose des produits locaux. seuls Bémols, les chambres non chauffées à l'arrivée malgré l'annonce de notre arrivée 1 h avant. Resultat : Frigorifié. impossible de travailler sur l'ordi avec des mouffles !! Nous avions rendez-vous 1h à l'extérieur et avons eu l'idée de laisser la clim' en partant 1h pour rentrer dans notre chambre dans de meilleure conditions. Malheureusement le propriétaire est entré dans la chambre en notre absence et a coupé la clim' :( le petit dej et le repas avec un blouson et une écharpe est un concept mais n'a pas forcément plu à tous... La douche de ma chambre était rafistolée au scotch à papier... ducoup le jet partait de partout. Bricolage à revoir. je rejète la faute surtout au Fournisseur d'énergie qui vont malheureusement tuer ce type d'endroit qui mériteraient de survivre à la crise.
