Serveurs sans aucune tenue vis à vis du client, la tenue vestimentaire du serveur, sale et chemise déchirée à plusieurs endroits. Les mains salent pour servirent de l'alimentation c'est dégoûtant quant à la cuisine en dessous de tout. la truite pas fraîche, les petites ravioles servies avec, ont le gout de l'eau bouille et le tian de courgettes une mélasse immangeable. Bref je ne recommanderais pas du tout cet endroit qui pourtant sur papier donnait envie. Das Restaurant bietet in seiner Modernität einen interessanten Kontrast zu den älteren Gebäuden. Der Blick über den Fluss ist wunderschön. Essen und Service waren sehr gut, prima Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Mir gefiel auch, dass das Hotel hundefreundlich ist. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Dusche war am Rand nicht sauber. Das wird bestimmt besser gemacht. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut.
