the staff were very helpful, the hotel is located near the shopping mall and ramblas .public transportation is very accessible, the hotel is newly renovated but since its an old building , it has low ceiling , it doesnt look welcoming ,
Breakfast was delicious, the area doesn’t seem to have much going on. But it was safe and in the city. Staff was very helpful. I just felt the bathrooms needed a bit more of scrubbing. Where the soaps hang there was a brown/cream layer of dirt. Other than that, place was fine.
Loved this hotel. Staff was great, location was great. There was a little restaurant almost next door that had great pizza. Would definitely recommend!
The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good.
The staff were polite although not particularly helpful when looking for amenties and attractions through the city.
Very easy to have transportation around the city.
Very clean and quite.

Billed a 5 star but it's a 3 star at best. Needs a good clean and overdue repairs.
First room on check in had a death rattle in the aircon, the second room I was shifted to had no study desk and flooded in heavy rain. Bonus though had a balcony.
It was disappointing that charges like the city tax and the laundry were in USD not peso.
Location is good, close to restaurants, shopping mall and a 15 minute walk to the Rambala
Excellent service when we arrived! Great reception and recommendations for nearby pizza and city tour. Breakfast was outstanding. Located near to zoo and bus.
Front desk staff spoke excellent English
The best thing is that it has parking downstairs and an elevator connects you to your rooms, providing added security. The staff was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the hotel. The only suggestion I would make is that breakfast doesn't include scrambled eggs. It's what breakfast is in other countries. I know it's not in Uruguay, but tourists like it. Everything else was excellent.
We have only have positive things to say about the hotel or staff, they were always very friendly and willing to help when needed
Room was left spotless after cleaning
Easy walk to shopping centre or down to the Rambla and other interning places near by.
If you don’t like walking transport is right outside the door
We wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time we visit family
This property is conveniently located, offers a reasonably varied breakfast, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Excellent water pressure. But the standout feature is the staff. They are so kind and helpful, trying hard to accommodate every need. They really made our stay a pleasant one, especially given that we had to land at this hotel at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out. Bonus: they are pet friendly!
Things to know:
The hallways can be a bit noisy and the doors close very loudly
Beds are firm (typical for the region)
The hotel is an average 3 stars but with very good customer service. Lication is good considering Montevideo is small and dinning options are very good on a 10 blocks radio.
The complimentary parking garage is a great future to leverage against other options. Is very hard to park in the city.
