"We were lucky enough to stay for four nights and loved everything about this place. Room was comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean with lovely views across the estate to the sea from the outdoors terrace. Food was amazing, both at breakfast and dinner, accompanied by some excellent wines from Planeta. Beach Club is also excellent, with great combination of sun & shade plus excellent food at its own restaurant."

"Our flights were delayed and we did not arrive check in until 2:00 am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. We did not expect to stay in a hotel as we were supposed to be on a cruise ship. We did not have a way to charge all of our mobile devices and he found a device that would plug into the 220 Volt system and we were able to get all of our very important mobile devices charged up. The breakfast was fantastic."

"Amazing. One of the best places we have stayed . Very clean . Mini bar in room . Room cleaned every day. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice . The two brothers who run this place are fantastic- even parked the motorcycle at his sisters house for us nothing was too much trouble- supplied an iron , toiletries, towels, Plenty of shops / restaurants bars - a must is Murphy’s bar and Otto restaurant. "

"As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. If you want something to drink you have to walk from where you are eating and grabbing food to across the hotels lobby and to the bar. The only alcoholic drinks are some cheap wines they have. There are no towels at the pool. Theres a train that takes you to a beautiful beach and honestly that was the only thing making us happy until it broke down and we had to walk back with our 3 yr old twins. The staff at the buffet will watch you like hawks and correct you if you do something they dont approve of. Sicilians are just a whole different breed, I swear. Almost no one here at the hotel speaks English."
