Secure space, 24 hrs surveillance cameras on the exteriors. High speed fiber optic wifi internet. * Swimming pool subject to availability, please ask before booking. * The residence has 380m2 of construction 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 3 private dressing rooms, fully equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Large common areas such as terraces, garage, balcony and garden. We provide each guest with towels, shampoo and bed linen. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bedroom with exclusive terrace, Garage with garden area, Living room with exit to the balcony and Basement with garden area to use the barbecue that we will provide. I stayed in La Casa Rosa from November 30th to March 20th. The house was wonderful for myself and my dog. The rooftop patio was lovely and having a park across the street was amazing. Once a week a wonderful lady came and cleaned the whole house including towels and sheets. The couches have seen better days, there is no oven, and all the beds are bunk beds, but the heat and A/C worked and the neighborhood was great. I would definitely stay again!
