#2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $100 usd

a) smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b) late checkout: $20 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c) lost keys: $130 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
#9 a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund
#10 you agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by vrbo or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur
#11 if any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs
