Apartment located in a condominium at the beginning of the historic center of Monterosso al Mare.  
Located in a quiet area near the beach and the multi-storey car park  
All main services (supermarket, bank, post office) within walking distance of the house.  
The apartment is located on the third floor of the condominium and is composed of a double bedroom plus a sofa bed  
from a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and from a second double bedroom with attached terrace. The kitchen is fully accessorized. Equipped with television and Wi-Fi service  
the apartment can be used all year round with an attached heating system
