It’s very well kept and clean. If you want the classic Montepulciano home experience, this is it. It is old and during the summer a bit musty. There are a/c units in the bedrooms but not the kitchen or living rooms although they stayed comfortable during our stay. Great location, just two blocks from the center of town. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away. You will have to park outside of town if you don’t have a permit to drive in town, very tight streets. The walk from the parking lot will get your heart pumping, it’s up several flights of stairs. A challenge when you have luggage. The views from town are amazing.
