"This property was perfect for our family holiday and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for somewhere to accommodate a large group family holiday. The pool was a perfect size, all three levels were self contained and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were great. There is a wonderful beachside walk with bustling restaurants and bars all along it called Bambi beach, this is only a ten minute walk from the property. "We (10 people— 4 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed an incredible two-week stay here in Muo. The villa was ideal for two families with plenty of space and bedrooms, bathrooms, and two separate working kitchens. "We rented the property as a family of 4\. The pool was great and the views over Budva are amazing. Dušan gave us some recommendations and we really enjoyed visiting the local beaches. Highly recommend if you want somewhere a bit quieter away from the centre of Budva."

"Beautiful villa and location - Villa was spacious and close to the beach. Only watchout would be the mosquitoes, but thankfully we were provided with items to keep them away if you want to relax outside. Overall a great experience!"

"Stay Here!!! Amazing property directly on the bay. Very quiet and fun historic waterfront walking and multiple dinning options. Wonderful hotel. Multiple water taxis to access Lady of the Rock or get across the bay. Hotel staff is next level amazing and kind. The local residents of Perast and neighboring towns are amazing, kind, friendly, funny and helped us make lasting memories. We will stay again "
