"The property is definitely a unique property I didn’t realize prior to booking that it caters to student accommodation which is fine I believe students from USC were checking in same time as the Stanford students were leaving I enjoyed the property my only reason for giving 4 out of five stars was my room was like a dorm room very small bed was not comfortable. But I really liked the property the staff were all helpful and professional."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful grounds and building in a nice, quiet part of the neighborhood, but still so walkable and close to churches, museums, restaurants, etc. Cherish at check-in gave us some great recommendations for food nearby. Had some of the best baked goods I've ever had at breakfast each morning, and had the most beautiful and delicious cocktails and spritz from the bar in the evening. If we come back to the city, we'd 100% want to stay here again."

"This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The Hotel is ideally situated two minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are good. My only downside - when I arrived the man on reception told me I had not paid for breakfast. As a result I only went down for breakfast on one day out of four. I went to pay my bill on checkout. I told the man I needed to pay for one breakfast and one bottle of spring water. The man told me I'd paid in advanced for breakfast each day. I was very disappointed at this as I'd only had one breakfast because I was told I hadn't paid in advance. I've stayed with C-Hotels on three occasions and this was the first time I had a bad experience. The other thing I would say is that I was served in the car by a young lady named Victoria. Victoria was courteous, helpful and very professional. She is a real credit to your company. I would visit again just to Buongiorno, mia bellissima amica. ❤️ Ti ho lasciato una bella recensione.
