Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

This place is a scam, it does not exist

We made reservations for may 15th a month in advance. We arrived at the airport and tried to see if a cab could find the place (no address was given, just a street) after a $50 cab ride we finally stopped at a restaurant with wifi to call the property at which time they told us it was not taking reservations this month. Had to get another cab to take us to a hotel that cost twice as much and was not where we wanted to be. Hotels.com was unable to tell us what happened they just said the reservation was confirmed which it was not. I sure hope they don't try to charge me!
