Luxurious 5 BR/5 BA Villa w/ All Amenities of Home
Grant Estate is offering beautiful tropical gardens, modern living spaces and an ideal location on hills of the luxurious Ironshore subdivision, the Grant Estate is one of our most desirable Jamaican vacation rentals on the island’s West Coast. With a blend of West African and Caribbean culture, the island of Jamaica is known for its food, music, fine beaches, warm climate and easy going people.
The villa offers a beautiful back terrace set amidst the impeccably maintained grounds. With plenty of lounge chairs available on the terrace, you can choose the best spot to soak in the sun and unwind while eating a fresh mango from the sweetest mango tree on the island. The oversized pool is a great place to cool off and provides ideal setting for entertaining. Top off a full day with a romantic soak under the stars with a glass of champagne.
The interior of the house features an open concept with neutral tones and natural lighting throughout. The large living room offers comfortable seating on oversized sectional with theater seating as well as 65" smart tv for indoor entertainment. The home is equipped with cable, Amazon Fire-sticks as well as high speed internet. The large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar offers all the necessary tools to create an island meal at home although a chef service is also offered.
This villa is ideally located near Sangster International Airport, in the Ironshore community. You are minutes from all of that Montego Bay has to offer; white sand beaches as well as Hip Strip, Margaritaville, Doctor's Cave and Pork Pit. Also a bicycle ride away from the world-renowned popular Scotchie's and many popular fine dining restaurants. A short drive brings you to vibrant Pier 1 where you can enjoy and excellent nightlife.
