Grout horrible in bathrooms, floor around toilet spongey, broken mirrors in both bathrooms, no hot water for majority of our stay. Shower very slow to drain. Lost internet for a couple days no fault of owner. Karl was very quick to answer our concerns on maintenance for the water issue but still water was warm for a very short time, and any other needs we had. We stayed and dealt with the lackluster. The hip strip is on the louder side and til very late hours. We were there to see Jamaica and we did make it happen. Just would like to see the price dropped for what you recieve.
