About this property

Lariat Loft

  • A quaint ranch theme apartment in downtown Monte Vista, Colorado. The upstairs of the building was originally a boarding house in the 1880s. The main level has served as a restaurant & cafe, drug store, frame shop, fabric store and autism clinic over the past 140 years. The 2nd level has been renovated into two apartments with old west charm honoring our farm & ranch heritage.
