Only a few km away the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its pottery and beautiful buildings and lanes. Here we find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and all services.

In the wide garden, adorned with medicinal plants, flowers and olives, we find a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 5x10, depth mt 1,50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a barbecue area for outdoor nights and dinners, supplied with gazebo, table and chairs and wood burning oven. In the property that extends through fields and woods it will be pleasant to take long and relaxing walks.
