The Boho Hotel should be called the Hobo Hotel because the rooms are dirty and rundown. The bathroom had water damage and mold growth near the shower. The carpets had stains on them, and the front entry door was warped. The place was short-staffed, and those folks seemed overwhelmed and didn't have any answers. They were completely clueless. Hobo hotel fees were obscene, given the lack of quality of the rooms. The cocktails were expensive and seemed to be missing some key ingredi ents.

Great property, give it a 4.5. Location is amazing and the grounds are beautiful, lots of chairs, blankets, fire rings, nooks. Right on the river with its own dock. Staff and manager are super welcoming and friendly (with the exception of one). Breakfast is continental style--coffee, tea, milk, juice, fruit, bread, muffin, cereal, yogurt. It might be nice if it started earlier than 9 am for those of us getting an early start on the day. Room was small as others have said but quite enough, bath was good, bed comfy. Only reason for 4.5 not a 5 was that I did expect daily towel service for the price. Great stay and I would definitely book again!

The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.

I went on a work trip and needed a receipt to verify my stay so I could receive per diem compensation. I requested a receipt from BoHo Manor, to which they sent me a blank form within the body of an email. I requested they send a proper receipt and they never got back to me. Soooo... If you are staying here for work, be prepared to not receive an appropriate receipt verifying your stay. P.S.: They do not have microwaves in the rooms and the WiFi is spotty.

The code on the room door didn’t work, we were able to get in, but not lock it when we left to get dinner.. No access to the main hall or continental breakfast that was promised. We are disappointed, no human beings to assist with questions, balcony seating in our room full of bird poop, cobwebs on balcony furniture, no garbage pick-up the entire 2 days of our stay, no help with check-in upon arrival, the bar closed at 7pm even though were advertised until 9pm, the A/C is a portable unit and the thermostat could not be regulated. The only positive was the location and view.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The staff and management are outstanding. The location of the Manor is so tranquil and so welcoming. The room we had faced the River, which was fantastic. The dock is outstanding and access to (excellent) kayaks, paddleboards and floaties just makes accessing the beautiful River so easy. We really could not have been more pleased with our experience. The only suggestion we would make is simply to continue with the upgrades you are doing. The rooms could use a bit of a freshening-up but that is only to be expected with a building this age. So, this is offered simply for feedback not as criticism as we loved our stay and will be back. Thank youl

Our check-in host was wonderful and friendly. She recommended a nearby german restaurant for dinner which well exceeded our expectations. Bartender could have been a bit more friendly or engaging, but perhaps he was having an off day.

We arrived on a Monday and stayed over one night. There was one person on staff and he left at 8pm. When we made the reservation we were not made aware that the restaurant on site would not be open and that the bar would close at 8pm on Monday nights. The outdoor furniture would have been cool to hang out on, but it was dirty with bird poop and cobwebs. Our bedroom window was open when we arrived and then we discovered that the crank handle to close it was broken. We froze all night! The whole place felt like it was a great place to stay a few years ago but has gone sadly downhill.
