"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."

The front desk staff was more than accommodating with recommendations, coordinating taxi rides and all around fantastic service. The rooms were spotless, the views were amazing and location was unbeatable. The Sublimis staff truly made our experience in Camogli unforgettable and I hope you can experience the same. "Great stay - staff were really lovely and breakfast was delicious! Excellent air con and spacious rooms. The only downside was the fridge was loud in the rooms at night and we were on the 4th floor and the staff on the roof woke us up a few nights moving the chairs and tables around on the terrace."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Meerblick von der Terrasse und dem Freisitz im Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter Ines und Paolo sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben auch gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich sehr nahe am Haus und ermöglicht Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und auch nach Genua. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen!"

"It is a cozy, cute hotel tucked in the beautiful hills of Camogli. The room was clean and came with snacks and a coffee maker in it. The hotel provided fresh focaccia every morning. Staff was friendly and spoke English which was a plus for us as we don't speak Italian. "
