Perfectly positioned near the Tuscan coast, this elegant villa offers a serene setting for family gatherings, getaways with friends, or simply a peaceful escape surrounded by beauty. From sun-drenched terraces to the inviting garden with a private pool, every corner inspires relaxation and togetherness.  
  
Spread across two floors, the villa’s interiors reflect a blend of rustic warmth and contemporary style. The first floor features a bright kitchen equipped with everything you need — from a stove and dishwasher to a coffee maker for slow Tuscan mornings. The spacious living and dining area, complete with a fireplace and large dining table, is ideal for cozy evenings or lively meals with loved ones. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.  
  
On the ground floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each come with a private bathroom, ensuring every guest enjoys their own space. A second lounge opens onto the garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Step outside to the lush garden, where olive trees frame the sparkling swimming pool — the perfect spot to unwind under the Tuscan sun. For larger groups, the adjacent guest house adds three more bedrooms, bringing the total capacity to twelve guests.
