Pamper yourself in the 4 bathrooms complete with a shower, bathtub, and bidet, plus a service bathroom located near the swimming pool. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Toscana and our villa has to offer.  
  
A charming retreat overlooking the islands of Giglio, Montecristo, Elba, and Corsica. Perched on the Argentario peninsula, the villa is completely secluded and highly secure. Recently renovated to become a luxurious estate, it has preserved the area's beauty and charm. Breathtaking sunsets will captivate you as you enjoy the numerous outdoor lounging and dining areas. With 4 bedrooms plus a private annex, it accommodates up to 10 guests.  
  
Villa Promontorio is an enchanting retreat on the Tuscan coast, perched on the Argentario Peninsula, completely secluded, and situated in a very safe environment. Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the property is a typical building of the area and has been fully renovated to become a luxurious estate, preserving the beauty and charm of the location.  
  
The villa faces the islands of Giglio, Montecristo, Elba, and Corsica. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the many outdoor relaxation and dining areas. The property can accommodate up to ten people, offering outdoor spaces to relax, including an outdoor pool and a large patio.  
  
The property is accessed through a beautiful gate that opens onto a driveway surrounded by garden terraces, leading to a parking area with space for a maximum of 3 cars. From the parking area, you enter a beautiful garden surrounded by pines and flowers.  
  
To the right of the garden is a large swimming pool, equipped with changing rooms, a shower, and a bathroom. From the pool, you can access a stunning patio with a breathtaking view of the sea.  
  
The villa is accessed from the patio, leading to a lovely outdoor terrace, furnished with chairs and sofas, making it an ideal place for relaxation.  
  
Villa interiors:  
  
Ground floor: a spacious living room with satellite TV, well-furnished indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is an independent bedroom with a large wardrobe.  
Upper level: consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms are connected to an outdoor terrace with stunning views.  
A staircase from the patio leads to a private, fully independent annex, which includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a bathroom, terrace, and an outdoor garden.  
  
All units are equipped with air conditioning; satellite TV is only available in the living room, and throughout the property, wireless internet access is guaranteed.
