We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious food and peaceful setting. Highly recommend for a memorable beach getaway!

We loved everything about our stay here: the beds are comfortable, the fire pits with the smores are a nice touch, the beach is very nice, the view as well; and the food is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

We booked this trip to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday, but unfortunately both of us left a day early due to our experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, but that’s where the positives ended. Check-in was slow, the room was horrendous dirty motel vibes, tiny for the price, and the property felt poorly managed. Guests openly smoked marijuana, loud music continued late into the evening, and the advertised service-dog-only policy was not enforced. The nightly fire pits filled our room with smoke, making our clothes and hair smell and irritating our eyes. My sister also had ants in her room, and my niece woke up with ants in her bed. The most disappointing part was how my mother was treated by a bartender during what was supposed to be her birthday celebration. Marram has an incredible location, but the overall experience did not justify the cost, and I would not return.

We had a great stay! The hotel has a cool, vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the common areas were lively and inviting. The only suggestion would be to improve storage space in the rooms, as it was very limited. Overall, a very nice experience!

Having the the beach and a heated pool was terrific as was the room. It was definitley perfect for a quick get a way. Easy walking distances for places to eat. Chairs at the beach and lounges at the pool were comfortable and the staff was ery attentive. I have been going to Montauk for 30 or more years and this is a breath of fresh air compared to the other places that have yet to update. Will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful and convenient property. First time there and with our baby, and it was such a great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The site was so convenient with beach, pool, and restaurant steps from the room. The smores at the fire pits were really a cute experience. Close to town and the room was spacious and clean. Marrom hotel stay

Javier ( manager), Luisa (pool attendant) and staff were exceptional!!!! The accommodation and considerations were so great. We only stayed one night but aren’t leaving without booking another trip soon. Btw, the food for adults were fantastic, however nothing to accommodate the kids which was weird since the place is so kid friendly.
