I cannot say a bad thing. The room was immaculate. The pool was immaculate, it was fairly easy to get onto the beach. The town is a little bit of a walk just under a mile. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would consider going back in the future

Excellent location for a stay close to town but away from the crowding and across the street from the ocean with views of the sunrise from our room. The room was spacious and clean, and the full kitchen was a great resource for traveling with children. The per-person charge for the room felt like gouging in an area that is already a thousand dollars per night per room, with the meting out of individual bracelets to access the pool, the only resort amenity, which smacked of nickel-and-dime business strategy. I understand wanting to prevent 4 college kids from splitting a room and abusing the resort, but there is no distinction for families traveling with little ones.

The location is perfect - just outside main Montauk strip but a quick walk. Directly across from the beach, with easy access. The room was great. The entire facility was in pristine condition. All the staff was amazing. They were very helpful, upbeat, friendly (especially Voldy). At check-in we received a welcome bag with books for each of us, including my son (6 yo). We like it so much that we’re exploring purchasing a co-op unit. I wasn’t aware of the structure of the rental properties. We really love it.
