"Amazing place to relax with really warming host by Renatta and Matteo. A very special place to relax and stay at Fuerteventura. Incredible pool, top views of surrounding and also cats from neighbours visiting us very friendly and staying at the terrace with us the whole stay which made us feel at home. We already miss the cats when we arrived at home back. Thanks Renatta and Matteo for your incredible hosting"

"Amazing villa and incredible pool. It was rural enough for what we wanted - relaxation and quiet, but close enough to El Cotillo and Correlejo when we needed it. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. We cooked several times and there was everything we could possibly want. Loads of space to laze about and beautiful setting."

"Wir waren als Familie in Villaverde bzw. in der Maravilla. Die Kommunikation mit Olga ist hervorragend. Sie kümmert sich sofort und hat gute Tipps parat. Für Ruhesuchende ist die Villa perfekt. Sie liegt im Norden (im Landesinneren). Zur Küste ist es ein Stück. Die Villa ist sehr groß und der Außenbereich mit Pool (Salzwasser) ist völlig ausreichend. Der Pool wird 1x pro Woche gereinigt. Das Geschirr und Pfannen könnten ggf. erneuert werden. Wir haben auch den Whirlpool genutzt, super Sache! Es war sauber, jedoch manche Decken oder Kissen könnten erneuert werden. Es gibt sogar eine schattige "Garage". Für uns war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass wir NICHTS in die Toilette werfen konnten. Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles super gepasst. Wir hatten in der Maravilla einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Villa ist zu empfehlen und Olga ist eine super Vermieterin.Dankeschön"

"Erholung pur in traumhafter Umgebung und mit tollem Ausblick. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb von Villaverde. Mit dem Auto kommt man bequem überall hin. Zum Bäcker läuft man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Auch sind einige Restaurants und Minimarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Die Villa hat im Wohn- / Essbereich große Panoramafenster. Selbst beim Kochen kann man bis Corralejo und Lanzarote sehen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Vom Flur aus kommt man in zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer. Am Ende liegt ein Bad mit Dusche und das Masterschlafzimmer. Dieses verfügt über ein großes Bad, Badewanne und Dusche. Am anderen Ende des Hauses gelangt man ins Obergeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche. Unten neben der Treppe ist ein WC. Im Außenbereich befindet sich der beheizte Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, 8 Liegen und eine Dusche. Es gibt eine Loungeecke, einen großen Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen und einen Gasgrill.Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa und kommen gerne wieder!!!"

"Contact met de verhuurder verloopt prettig, soepel en snel. Iedere vraag wordt snel beantwoord. Ook de tips voor autohuur en activiteiten waren erg welkom. Het huis met verwarmd zwembad is erg ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoewel op een rustige plek, zijn er voldoende supermarkten, restaurant en zelfs een bakkertje op korte afstand.Mocht je zelf willen koken dan zijn ook alle benodigheden aanwezig. Alles bij elkaar, de perfecte locatie voor een verblijf op Fuerteventura. Wij hebben in ieder geval erg genoten."

"For a family trip, this place is worth it. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom which saved us time getting ready in the mornings. Having air conditioning kept things comfy during hot days too."

"The villa is situated next to the ancient volcano of Mount Arena and as we are botanists we found it very interesting.The villa is an 'eco-house' which means that the hot water relies on sunshine. Unfortunately (and I think this is unusual) we had nine days of cold cloudy weather. This meant that the hot water was very erratic. I shaved in cold water evry morning and we didn't use the shower much because it was sometimes cold, sometimes warm. There is a gas cylinder heater which was useful in the evenings.It was too cold to use the pool but it was very clean.We cooked in every evening. One of the rings on the cooker doesn't work but the owner seems to be aware of this so I expect that will be fixed soon. There were very few pans for cooking but the owner kindly lent us a saucepan. As improvements I would suggest a couple more saucepans with lids and possibly a microwave. I thought the breakages deposit of about 500 was rather high, I could not see how you could do that much damage as all the furniture is pretty basic.If all that sounds a bit negative I should say that the owner was very helpful and easily contactable. "
