A la découverte du Sancy

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville et de ses commerces, tout en étant en retrait et donc tranquille, bien équipé. Literie parentale très (trop !) ferme, Dordogne toute proche très bruyante lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes pour qui n’a pas l’habitude de dormir à proximité d’un torrent, et mauvaise isolation donc très forte température à l’intérieur durant la canicule.

location conforme au descriptif (décoration un peu ancienne) l'ensemble est en bon état et très fourni en équipement (bras à soupe, robot coupe légume, appareil à raclette et pierrade). L'entrée en escalier couvert permet de déposer un grand nombre de chose (ski, chaussures, valises,...) Manque de rangement dans la chambre dortoir
