"The hotel and rooms were tired looking and need updating. There was continuous noise in our room coming from the from the plumbing and ventilation. Also there were numerous mosquitos throughout the hotel and we ended up with numerous bites. "

"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. Rooms where quite and housekeeping did a really good job every day. Another point that I have to mention is their internet. EXTREMELY FAST which is a good thing specially for people who are taking business trips."
