About this property

250 Overbrook Drive · Landon's Attached Home

  • Three bedroom and two full bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to so many things including outlet shopping, Kings Island, Liberty Center, and more. Just a few minutes off I-75 in Monroe.

    When you walk in the home you will see that the top floor has an open concept kitchen and living room. This space is perfect for eating a meal and watching TV, all while gathering with friends and family. There is a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) on this level along with a full size washer and dryer.

    There are two sets of stairs you will take that lead you the basement level where all of the bedrooms are located. You will also find another full size bathroom down here (shower/tub combo)!

    This entire property is yours and is not shared. Plenty of driveway parking and street parking. Longer term stays may have access to the garage.

    We use the August Home app on your smartphone. We use virtual keys through this system.

    We are nearby if you need us, but try to give our guest privacy.

    Safe, quiet and private neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

    Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

    • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
    • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

    If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

    If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

It was really accurate as the pictures shown. Its in a pretty nice neighborhood and very clean.

I loved staying here! It was such a clean house, pretty big and very accommodating. I will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Better than expected

It's always nice when you arrive at a property and you get more than what you were expecting. This is the case with this property. It was very clean with plenty of essentials including soap and shampoo! The property also features complimentary K-Cups in many different varieties! This was one of the best value stays we have had from VRBO. The only negative is that the neighbors don't take very good care of their area and it looks "junky." Since this is a duplex, you can't help but notice it every time you go out to the driveway. The neighbor also uses the trash can that's meant for this unit. It was completely full when we arrived. These were small issues compared to the value of our stay and we would stay here again. Michael, Kelly, Austin, Eric and Emily Combs.
