Located in Monopoli, in Via Petracca 3, MY50 is an apartment recently renovated between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. It offers large spaces, modern comforts and a strategic position to make the most of the city. It is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is also easily accessible by stairs.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of four double bedrooms, one of which is also equipped with a French sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms, both with double sinks, toilet, bidet and shower, to ensure maximum comfort for guests.
The living room and kitchen area is large and bright, furnished in a modern style and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a carefree stay. Guests will have access to an electric stove, traditional oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and a juicer are also included.
