It’s an highly finished apartment with two bedrooms: a double room with a king size bed and a twin room with two twin beds that can be joined together. Suitable for up to 4 people, this building is located just a few minutes’ walk away from the Monopoli’s beaches on the Adriatic Sea. Whilst still being in the very centre of town, this lovely apartment is set away from the hustle and bustle of the lively old district and Monopoli main drag. The interiors, finely furnished and including all comforts, presents itself with a fully furnished kitchen and equipped with all household appliances; a living room with all necessary services to dine or lunch with a view overlooking the city, even further embellished with refined balconies in living stone; the sleeping quarters include a wonderful family bedroom and en-suite bathroom equipped with toilet and another bedroom with two singles beds (which can be joined if required). Complete the apartment a charming bathroom with shower. A short set of stairs brings you on the terrace and laundry room: large and fully furnished, this terrace is the real gem of this house. It offers a fantastic view over the town and of the Apulian, mellowing sunrises and sunsets. The property is perfect to friends group or family with 2 children and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay. Kitchen also serves as a living room. Washing machine was very useful. Well situated, close to historic centre, train station, pastry and bakery shops for excellent croissants, bread, foccacia, pasticciotto etc. Excellent communication with owner who offered us a complimentary bottle of wine.
