You will love its location in the vicinity between the 'New Port' and the 'Old Port', a few steps from the characteristic archway leading to the historic centre. The shared staircase leads to the accommodation which is divided into two rooms. The first room is used as a contemporary style kitchen, the latter equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine and finally a snack bar with stools and access to the bathroom with shower. Next there is a bedroom with a double bed and exclusive access to a small terrace on the floor with a Jacuzzi surrounded by a wooden platform and covered by a pergo-tent for protection from the sun, two armchairs to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. The terrace on the top floor enjoys a 360° view of the harbour with the lighthouse, and of the surrounding bell towers and rooftops and is used as a solarium available to each apartment. The late check-in supplement is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00\. The apartment does not have private parking. As it is located in the historic center, which is a ZTL (limited traffic zone) , it is not possible to access it by car. You can park near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II , 70043 Monopoli (BA), or in the nearby streets.White lines indicate free parking , while blue lines indicate paid parking .
