Casina Mimì is a small cosy house located in the centre of Monopoli, in via Cialdini 60. It is the ideal choice for those who want to experience a dynamic and comfortable stay, immersed in the liveliest atmosphere of the city.
This is a studio apartment on the ground floor of an independent house, designed to offer comfort and simplicity in a cosy but essential environment, perfect for couples or single travellers.
The house has a cosy bedroom, a full and functional bathroom, a kitchenette with a small induction cooktop, mini fridge and sink. Simple spaces, designed to ensure convenience and comfort. The rooms are furnished recalling the colours of the sea, the typical blue of the crystalline waters of Monopoli.
The absolute strength of Casina Mimì is its strategic position: right in the city centre, a few minutes walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, close to typical restaurants, bars, shops and main points of interest. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
