Na área externa possui pisos quebrados próximo ao tanque de roupas que provocam acidentes. Casa não dispõe de ventiladores nos quartos , o único ventilador na sala é muito barulhento não há como manter ligado, tv volume muito baixo sem controle funcionando, colchões em estado de conservação ruins, janelas sem vidros, apenas um banheiro com um chuveiro funcionando muito precariamente , fogão nem todas as bocas funcionam , utensílios escassos.
