"Property looked great in pictures, fairly decent upon arrival. The main disappointment was that there was absolutely no one present in the whole property when we arrived. We had to call a phone number and wait until the receptionist arrived and took us to our room. The restaurant was not open and so was the spa. The property and room were fair but we would not recommend this place at all for the absolute lack of service availability."

"Excellent property. Would recommend."

"The grounds are vast and stunning at this time of year. Ideal if you have a pet. The decor was beautiful and the gastronomic restaurant was fabulous. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a great choice for breakfast."

"Very convenient location for a one night stopover heading to Normandy after arriving at CDG airport that evening. We arrived at the hotel late but self check-in was straight forward. Clean and spacious room and bathroom, friendly check-out in the morning."

"Enough space for family of four and probably for more, very nice breakfast with home-made yogurt, great drinks with fresh baguettes, croissants, and pain-au-chocolats. Great hospitality and flexibility of the host will be remembered for a long time."

"The chateau is a beautiful, charming and quiet place to stay. Keep in mind you are living back in time so it’s a little different but it’s a wonderful experience to stay there. The continental breakfast is what we expected with delicious cheese, croissants, assortments of breads and boiled egg for options. The jams were fantastic and oh so very delicious!!! Also coffee and two juice choices were nice to have in the morning. The host is very kind and helpful. The grounds are stunning and we are...

"I had found it difficult to work out exactly where it was and when we got there where reception was as there were two signs pointing in different directions. However the receptionist was very nice and carried my bag. The whole site is set out beautifully and I loved the garden. The room was good. We had lovely weather. It might be less agreeable in rain. "

"The hotel was very good, but the rooms would benefit from a King Size bed rather than an ordinary double. The restaurant and value for money was excellent. Would recommend if you are in the area."

"We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open at weekends if we had known we would not have booked the hotel."
