Everything was great wonderful hotel great breakfast

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very polite staff. Super cool spa with saunas and pool. Breakfast was extremely delicious. The yard was very nicely decorated. Hotel for all generations.

Gorgeous setting with fabulous view. Staff welcoming yet unobtrusive. Lovely breakfast of different breads fresh fruit hams and cheeses yoghurts and hot eggs and bacon. Dinner stunning -regional dishes cooked to a fine dining style with locally sourced produce.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. We swam in the lake on both days and walked round the lake which was very beautiful.

A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The staff were great, helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and well appointed. Given the current heat it would have been good if bottled was available in the room.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

Our room for our disabled mum was on the ground floor with patio doors to the garden ,it was immediately next to the dining room and we had 24 hour access to complementary drinks, .Great breakfast... The hotel is family run and everyone could not do enough for you. We had a truly lovely stay and cant wait to go again, the hotel is easily accessible from Salzburg and the autobahn and also has a frequent bus service,again wheelchair friendly. I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. Super welcome, fantastic 'Tower Room'. There is only one such room and it has panoramic views of Salzburg and environs. Breakfast, service, friendliness all first rate. A small hike out of town, but well worth it!

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Fabulous family run hotel. We had a great 3 night break there in a lovely setting. Quiet but close to Salzburg for the airport.

Excellent hotel with a warm atmosphere. You can really feel that this is a hotel run by a family who are passionate in what they do. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to help us. In fact, we have found all Austrians to be incredibly hospitable. I would highly recommend.
