The property was conveniently located for our purposes. The bathroom was not very clean, no hand soap, the shampoo and conditioner holder’s came apart, four people, two towels. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable even just for sitting and only one desk chair, rather inconvenient for others to sit. We asked for pool towels at 9:30 am and none available. I recommended this property to two other families and was disappointed.

Breakfast was good everyday. The ladies worked hard in there. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned and we were there for 5 days. I asked the cleaning staff on the forth day but our room wasn’t on his list to be done. Two times I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Much better than what I expected based on the reviews. Older hotel but everything worked. The pool was awesome! 8 ft deep at one point and much bigger than I expected. Nice and warm too. Our whole family loved it. Breakfast was good but very busy! Good choices though the eggs look a little different. The pancake machine was very cool and made delicious pancakes. The two staff working the breakfast room were amazing, so good at keeping everything stocked on two very busy days. Definitely a decent stay for family on the road.

Room was clean and comfortable. Although both mornings we were woken up to loud noises in the hallways and people in the room above us. We also asked twice for more towels and never received them. Breakfast was the basics.

The swimming pool has 7 foot deep part, my children liked it. However, although we asked to fix the hair dryer 2 times in our 2 nights stay, nobody came to fix it. Coffee machine was broken, too much beans in a cup. We could not drink it.
