Weihnachten ganz in Ruhe

Über die Weihnachtsfeiertage waren wir 7 Tage im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe und Natur genießen will, ist dort richtig. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto, um zum Ferienhaus zu kommen.Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für 2 Personen und ggf. zusätzlich max. 2 Kinder. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und alles tipp topp. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter und diejenigen, die vor Ort das Objekt betreuen.

Tolles, sauberes und super gelegenes Objekt

Wir - und vor allem unser Hund - haben uns hier ein paar Tage sehr wohlfühlen dürfen. Es war alles genügend vorhanden. Neben einer normalen Kaffeemaschine, war sogar eine Pad-Maschine und eine Kapselmaschine (Dolce Gusto) vorhanden. Eine Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden, was für uns gar kein Thema war. Die (vermutlich nagelneue) feste Couch und der separte feste Sessel haben zum chillen und fernsehen eingeladen. Das Internet lief einwandfrei. Das Doppelbett in dem einem großen Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls super. Die Einzelbetten im Nebenzimmer könnten vlt. mal neue Matratzen vertragen, sie sind sehr weich und ein Bett knarzt bei jeder Bewegung (aber das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-), wir sind mega gut klar gekommen und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Haus ist so toll, dass man sogar erstmal rausschauen muss um einen Sturm zu erkennen. Hiervon ist im Haus an Geräuschen nichts wahrzunehmen.Das Reinigungspersonal ist ebenfalls gründlich gewesen, wir hatten hier nichts anzumerken.Schlüsselabholung/-rückgabe bei MAGS war auch super - kurz und knackig - sehr sehr lobenswertDer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Unterkunft

Schlüsselerhalt hat gut geklappt! Da wir im Stau standen, kamen wir in der Dunkelheit an - da wäre eine detailliertere Beschreibung hilfreicher gewesen - aber mit Telefonat haben wir es gefunden. S Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet! Tolle Lage zum Wandern und Zugang zum Bodden. Es war toll hier!

An sich eine ruhige und Ländliche Lage

Am Haus war etwas kaputt was ich dem Vertreter geschrieben habe oder dem Vertreiber er hat aber nicht darauf reagiert. Ich weiß nicht ob das behoben wird wir fanden es sehr ländlich nur ein Weg zum Wasser bade Möglichkeit wäre sehr schwierig eine 6,5 von 10

Tolle Lage zwischen den Gewässern

Sehr schön gelegenes Reetdachhaus, relativ einsam fast an der Spitze der Landzunge, schön eingerichtet, negativ nur die sehr dürftige Auswahl an Geschirr und die WoZi Couches, ziemlich abgenutzt

Rügen Alt Reddevitz

Problem mit dem Türschließer. Schlüssel muss quer in das Schloss und der Türgriff hochgestellt werden sonst geht der Schlüssel nicht raus. Das gleiche beim abschließen. Für unsere Familie total unmöglich. Nach Telefonischer Rücksprache kam der Hausmeister, der total angespannt war….. Er gab meiner Frau gegenüber unfreundliche Antworten. Wir fanden nachdem wir in der Wohnung waren: Spinnengewebe von außen an den Fenstern. Schmutzige Fenster. Schmutzige Gartenmöbel und keine Auflagen dafür. Die Gegend ist sehr schön aber…. Dafür sind die gegebenen Sterne nach meiner Auffassung noch Zuviel. Wer seine Ruhe braucht und kein Wert auf etwas Luxus legt für den ist das genau richtig. Wir sind viel durch die Gegend gefahren und gelaufen daher war es dennoch ein schöner Urlaub.

Alles nahezu perfekt

Insgesamt ein tolles ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die vom Besitzer in seinem Anschreiben angegebene telefonnummer der Agentur war leider falsch, so dass es ein bisschen am Anfang Käufer hatte diese Kontakt zu kontaktieren. Die Agentur war aber extrem nett und es hat alles anstandslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Ruhe und Natur

Wie erwünscht war der Urlaub im Höfthus von Alt Reddewitz eine perfekte Auszeit. Ungewöhnlich für Stadtbewohner ist die Ruhe, die Natur vor der Haustür..., es gibt fantastisch gutes Essen in der nahen Gaststätte, ein praktisch eingerichtetes Quartier lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Da der Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison stattfand, ist es sicher im Hochsommer dort deutlich lebhafter, weil eben ein Sehnsuchtsort.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön und es ist an sich auch eine schöne Wohnung. Vollkommen außreichend ausgestattet und alles funktioniert. Allerdings war das Haus voller Spinnen und die Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad ließ eher zu wünschen übrig. Leider fehlen auch Vorhänge vor den kleinen Küchenfenstern und die an den großen Fenstern sind etwas zu schmal, sodass man sich abends doch recht beobachtet fühlt. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem, sodass einem schon mitten in der Nacht alles weh tut. Das scheint aber auch immer Geschmackssache zu sein. Trotzdem hat uns der Urlaub gut gefallen.
