We had a nice stay at Hilton. Nice room, nice personnel, nice swimming pools and the food was great.
The only improvement point: animation team, my experience with the animation team was not so positive
We had some difficulties at the check in but with the great involvement of Mrs. Bouthaina Arbi we could discuss and solve everything. Also a special thanks to Mrs. Nassira as she was make our stay really comfortable.
We had a fabulous stay here. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The indoor pool is great too. I was concerned it may be like a ghost town coming here end of March but it had a good vibe still.
The room was one of the nicest ones we had in a Hilton hotel of that category. Very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if our stay was during winter, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very nice and the food at the restaurants was quite good. Pizza at La Luce was pretty good and i really liked their lazagna
Amazing Hotel with great and direct access to the beach. The staff was great especially the director of the reception who was accommodating and went beyond. The dining options are amazing and huge variety of excellent food. Thank you Mehdi and Hilton Monastir
The hotel is really nice and luxurious everything is well maintained
Food is really average for what you pay for also there is no bar at the beach and the location is far from everything
Great experience, had an issue with my room but the managers Amin and Ousama dealt with it very quickly, service from front of desk by Aziz, tariq, Imane, Ribat and Mariam very good. House keeping was also great big thanks to Hamza and Sofian. The hotel met my standards we as a family had a great time, we would return ,

Disliked: Staff & service
My stay was overshadowed by a shocking incident during dinner. After politely questioning inconsistent service at a live cooking station, a staff member became verbally abusive, threatened me with physical violence, and attempted to confront me aggressively. The situation escalated to the point where several employees had to physically restrain him.
Management apologized and stated that an investigation would be conducted, but no guest should ever experience this in a five-star hotel. Safety, professionalism, and respectful treatment should be non-negotiable. This incident raises serious concerns about staff training, supervision, and the hotel's commitment to guest safety. I sincerely hope meaningful action is taken to ensure no other guest has a similar experience.
In general, the location was great, the view was wonderful, but the staff lacks emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, and effective communication skills. With the exception of Ms. Bouthaina who was very sweet and kind, everyone else was rude and lack the skills with engage with guests professionally without taking matters personally.
Beautifully designed Hilton hotel in Monastir!
The hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept, the restaurant options had great food and the highlight was the seawater pool!
The staff was very professional and accommodating. My son is a super picky eater and he would it eat any of the lunch options so the chef made him a special custom sandwich and fries which he loved!
The desserts and the snack bar were so delicious too!
Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Everything was great except one of the restaurant staff, when my son asked for a fresh pineapple juice @ the juice counter, she was negotiating with me to have half pineapple & half orange;
I told her my son doesn't want orange; she sends one worker to talk to the manager while we were standing there for minutes.....
Very expensive for the quality of the food and the service you get
We had the food in the Italian restaurant, basic food quality and basic service nothing to do with five stars, Hotel service and quality food you can get it in are you three star hotel?in tunisia
