"The booking process was straightforward and efficient. However, we requested a check-out time of 11 am, but received a less than friendly response when we mentioned it close to 9 am. Eventually, we checked out at 10:15 am."

"Sheets were dirty. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Felt discriminated prejudiced against because of my name and staff seemed very bigoted. Very disappointing."

"Good value for money. Great location, walking distance to main street. Staff are very welcoming and lovely. Room size was great, bed firm and comfortable. Quite a small bar fridge but good enough. Shower nice and hot with good pressure. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are nice. Overall the bathroom was clean but the only thing that is a little off putting is the shower really needs to be re-grouted at the bottom as it appears mouldy. Other than that no complaints."
