Welcome to our family home located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, on the French Riviera, between Monaco, Menton and Italy.

This holiday home can be rented in its entirety. It consists of two completely independent apartments united within the same property surrounded by a vast Mediterranean garden. Together, they offer five bedrooms and twelve beds. This configuration is ideal for large families, holidays with friends or stays with several generations.

One of the main strengths of this house is its organisation in two separate accommodation. You enjoy the entire property while having two independent living areas, each with its kitchen, bathroom and terrace. This arrangement allows everyone to maintain their own rhythm and privacy while sharing meals, evenings and moments of relaxation in the garden.

The upstairs apartment, of about 80 m², can accommodate up to seven people. It has three bedrooms, a convivial living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. It enjoys a superb unobstructed view of the sea, the mountains and Italy.

The downstairs apartment, of about 50 m², can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a mezzanine with an extra bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace directly overlooking the garden.

By renting the entire house, you have five bedrooms, twelve beds, two kitchens, two bathrooms, several terraces and a large Mediterranean garden.

The house is surrounded by a vast green and lush garden, a true haven of peace.
