Protected by 2 hectares of hillside, this independent home offers absolute tranquility, authentic charm, and timeless character, just 5 minutes from the beach, grocery stores, and highway exit (yet far from any noise or visual nuisance). 🌿 A place full of soul and history Passed down through generations, the house has been modernized while preserving its soul and original features: Traditional terracotta tiles Antique still in the living room Thick walls and shutters to keep the interior naturally cool The home is shaded by a century-old wisteria and antique rosebush, and the bright bedrooms offer breathtaking views from the valley to the sea and mountains. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da man vom Parkplatz so drei bis fĂŒnf Minuten nach oben laufen muss. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt und eine Bushaltestelle liegt auch in der NĂ€he.
