Their bespoke room was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Exceptionally clean. We shortened our stay as we had seen all we needed in Menton. Our only gripes are the many steps to climb back up to the room if you walk into town for an evening meal. Anyone with heart/breathing difficulties would struggle with this. The garden is a beautiful spot looking out over the med, sadly the room is facing their home so privacy was an issue for us, if you dont mind that then its a perfect spot. ##### Richard H. Comfortable studio with adequate facilities situated in the garden of the owners. A private garden with numerous seats and loungers is designated for the sole use of residents of the studio. The garden areas is laid out with an abundance of flowers, shrubs, avocado tree and has a panoramic and picturesque vista over Menton and beyond to the Med. In the terraces below and enviable vegetable / fruit garden. The property is as previous reviews state, an energetic climb up the steps from the village, less so if a car is available as this can be parked nearer the house. The solution is to plan your outings and minimise the trips down to the town. Public transport is easy, cheap and plentiful along the coast as well as up to the many medieval villages which are well worth the scary journey up the twisty narrow roads which are not for the faint hearted. Maria and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited as our French is but communication was manageable. A delightful couple. ##### Ralph B. Des hôtes trés accueillants qui proposent un petit studio charmant donnant sur un trés joli jardin avec superbe vue sur la baie de Menton. Situation idoine pour découvrir Menton, ses alentours et le magnifique arrière pays.Mention spéciale pour les bons conseils de Miguel (prendre le train plutôt que la voiture pour aller à Nice en 30 mn) :), et l' incomparable gelée au citron de de Maria :) :) ##### Daniel V.
