The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean with a balcony with a sea view. It is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which is great for taking up luggage and shopping. The only thing to note is that the description of the kitchen says it has an oven but there is only a microwave (perhaps lost in translation!). It wasn't that hot when we were there but the air con and fan would be great in warm weather. The apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. The apartment is very sunny and bright, well furnished and with a great location in beautiful Menton within few minutes walking from the train station, bus station, the beach (you can actually see the sea from one of the balconies - in the living room and the bedroom) and the supermarket is right around the corner. In fünf Minuten waren wir am schönen Strand, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Einer der beiden Balkone bietet einen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer und war unser Frühstücks-Balkon. Der Aufzug in den fünften Stock ist wirklich hilfreich, die Küche recht gut ausgestattet.
