Great hotel and great coordination. The staff were helpful and charismatic. Food was good during breakfast.

This a wonderful hotel with all of the amenities. I really like the location because you're not in the high traffic tourist area. Food, view and virtually every other comfort is available. Pricey.

#2 Room favorite for our 21 night trip in Europe

This was a very nice hotel, but quite pricey! We didn't eat at the hotel as it seemed as though the food was the small portion gourmet type that leaves you wishing there was more. The pools were being worked on and we only had one night that was windy and cool. Casino's are a disappointment, but the beaches and water sports look like they could have been really fun!

Nice hotel

Very nice Hotel, yet overpriced, We paid for a king bed and got two single beds that where put together (bait and switch I would call this), also found out pool is closed for renovation after we checked in room, which is somewhat dishonest as they charge same price and no compensations for the matter....would Not stay again.

Concerning the beds, we could have added toppers to eliminate any difference with a one mattress bed if we were aware of this inconvenience upon your arrival. The annual closure of the swimming pool occurs each year at the same period when the lagoon and the sea access are still open. This information has been communicated to all partners and websites since the month of May 2017. This maintenance is added in each confirmation. During this period we have an agreement with the famous Thermes Marins if you absolutely prefer a swimming pool. Magnificent Monte Carlo

My husband had never been to visit MC before. Now he's a fan also. We enjoyed our stay emencly! Thanks to the wonderful hotel and excellent staff. The weather was lovely. Our accommodation was fabulous! Can't say enough great things about it.

The best of Monte Carlo

A must see if you are in Monaco. This is our second trip to the hotel and we plan to keep going back ! Everything from the location to customer service to the friendliness of the staff to keeping the customer happy is 100% all about the customer! Everything the staff does is all about keeping the customer happy and they remember you from year to year.. The pool lagoon to the concierge assisting you in reservations for restaurants to activities is excellence at its finest !!!

Great view

This hotel was very nice. We had a room with a sea view, and we loved looking out the balcony window each morning to see the beauty of the landscape and sea. This resort/hotel is at the very edge of Monaco, and we had to take the bus #5 (Plages stop) or walk, neither which bothered us.

Nice hotel not worth the money

Pros: Location, pool and nice rooms
Cons: Pricing, outside service for local travel around the city
Nice hotel but staff outside were not very helpful when asked about shuttle service, etc. Extremely overpriced drinks and food. Go into town to get excellent food for a 5th of the price. 80 Euros for breakfast is outrageous. We were not told about the construction noise going on in the area which was very loud and made sleeping in the morning difficult. This should have been disclosed when booking.
