### Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Menton

Charmant deux pièces situé dans un ancien palais Mentonnais, proche de la mer, de la vieille ville de Menton et des transports.   
  
Logement décoré avec goût et confortable, il est bien équipé et possède un petit balcon pour vos déjeuners/repas en extérieur.   
  
Au bout de la rue, vous trouverez le bord de mer avec les premiers restaurants et commerces. Juste à côté du logement se trouve le parc Pian et ses oliviers. La frontière italienne et le centre-ville de Menton se trouvent tous deux à 1,5km du logement.   
  
Vous pouvez stationner gratuitement sur le parking au pied de la résidence, ou rejoindre la gare de Menton Garavan à moins de 5 minutes de marche.   
  
La résidence, le Garavan Palace, est un ancien Palace Mentonnais, construit au début du XXe siècle et aménagé en immeuble au milieu du siècle dernier.
