Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Couldn’t get into the property . Called , sent messages , etc on the day for hours . Had to find another place to stay for the first night . Called , etc again from early morning next day - nothing … First communication was next ! Morning after 9.30 . By that time I had to find another place to stay , dropped the luggage and went to my meetings as it was a business trip . They refused the refund and blamed me for everything . Avoid
